Pictures of Debbie Rowe, the presumed biological mother of Michael Jackson ’s two oldest children — Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11 — will seek custody of her children with the pop star, she tells Los Angeles TV station NBC 4. “I am stepping up,” she told the station on Thursday. “I have to.” In his 2002 will, Michael Jackson designated his mother, Katherine Jackson, as the guardian of his three children (including youngest son Prince Michael 11 — also known as “Blanket” — whose biological mother is unknown). Rowe, who was married to Jackson in 1996 and filed for divorce three years later, says her current visitation agreement with the Jacksons does not allow her enough access to the kids. She’s launching a full-scale custody battle against the Jackson family. “We had an agreement…he didn’t keep his end,” Rowe told NBC 4 about a custody arrangement with Jackson. “It hasn’t been easy.
